Learning the ropes at a direct selling company can be a tall order.
In fact, we often seem to mystify all the ins and outs of what it takes for a new hire at a direct selling company to get a strong grasp on the nuances of the industry.
Of course, many of those concerns are legitimate and proven. If you’ve worked any amount of time with a direct selling company, you’ve probably experienced this learning curve personally, and also witnessed others struggling through it. And because of that, we often overlook the many positives and innovative approaches that can come from “outsiders,” choosing only to focus on the steep learning curve and the obstacles so many new to the industry face.
We at Strategic Choice Partners are convinced that new talent, new perspectives and fresh thinking are vital for our industry to not only welcome, but to pursue. Sure, there’s no replacement for experience, but there’s also no more of a surefire way to race to the edge of irrelevance than to simply “do what we’ve always done.”
